I haven't seen too much X-plan talk lately but I got the following price today and it doesn't make sense to me.
2011 F350 LWB 4x4 CC
MSRP $57070
A/Z plan $50388
D plan $50488
X plan $52534
All of the options match the invoice prices exactly but the invoice base should be $41,700 where the prices I was given indicate the base to be $43,536.
Can anyone help make sense of this? I'm in a position to place an order, but I don't like making assumptions and it seems like this pricing IS NOT

invoice - 0.4% + approx. $800 fee
PLEASE HELP!
X-PLan pricing is set by Ford, not negotable, no addons, etc.
It is, what it is, they can't screw with you....
The DORA or other sheets will have both the MSRP, and X-Plan prices.
I don't have enough detail to explain the price.
yeah, you do have to read the fine print. And they should show it to you. It is still one of the better deals around....when the truck comes in you also get whatever rebates there might be.
I got a print out on a truck I was trying to purchase and the x-plan price was actually 53.00 more then dealer invoice price. Now the A&Z and D plans were less.
was googling "x plan" and found this one, looks like X plan is a few grand off, but nothing to write home about lately, based on some of the sweet deep discounts floating around right now....
I'm a Ford Shareholder, have been for years. And if you have more than 100 shares and had em for 6 mos or more, you can qualify for the X plan PIN from Ford. just an FYI for any of you guys looking into X plan lately.... (and Ford closed at $10.66 today)

Yep,
Been there for 14+ years (for me).
I don't know what deals you are referring to, since I'm out of the market (owner).... You get all factory rebates in addition to X-Plan.. and no haggling.
For me the best part is using the Fleet Service Dept, vs the other side.
enough said.
One thing I found out while buying mine last month-Go online to Fords website and request a brochure for everybody in your household. About one in three they will include $750 cash bonus you can use on top of your X-plan(A/Z plan ineligable). Salesman said that the address has to match yours but thats it. The rough numbers on my price were 57K sticker, 52k X-plan, 50k A/Z plan, minus 4k incentives (I got Z-plan)

I have x-plan and have used that on buying my 2012 F-350 and got the $2500 for using Ford credit (for at least 3 months), $1000 Ford credit bonus, and $750 incentive (Trade your ride incentive) . My question is do you request an E-Brochure or one by mail to get coupon? An extra $750 would be nice.
Also, X-plan is straight forward no haggling over price, 100 over invoice...DONE...unless you have a trade. Other than that X-Plan is the best!
I used the $750 brochure at the end of 2011 when i bought my F250. I requested it via email on the Ford website. It arrived about three weeks later in the mailbox. It was like winning $750. I had been already looking at F250's but it sealed the deal.
I got xplan in December plus $3,500 in incentives. Was happy, loved the no negotiation. Don't know if negotiating could have got me better but i hate that process.
I tried like heck to get that $750. Emailed, got brochure, called and asked for it....no joy.

They sent me both. Not sure what I requested but i think it was by mail and email was required input to get it. I put in for three of them using family member names and was two for three (the other was a pre-approval type offer) in getting the $750.
