Yes, I did get it from Mike, great guy, very knowledgable.....

My mileage has improved, but surprisingly better with the performance tune, just gotta keep the foot off the go pedal!

Like I always say, each motor and vehicle has different applications that works better for a persons usage!

What kind of mileage to you V10ers get? Most people I've heard from say the get the same loaded or unloaded, mid-low teens. I'd imagine you'd be getting better with a good custom tune.

I drive mostly around town, very little highway, I average 10.2, I did a highway trip out to CT for a GTG average speed 75, and I got 15.4 round trip 240 miles.

When I tow my 4000# boat it's only local about 4.4 miles on weekends, so I don't have any real towing mileage, but the tow tune is incredible, I have a very steep grade to get to my boat launch, it barely knows the boat is even back there.

I avg around 11 mpg, best was 13.6. Loaded I avg between 8-9 mpg towing my 10000 lbs 5er. 8 with boat behind, 9 with just 5er.

My buddy has a 2000 V10 regular cab and almost always gets 10 mpg regardless of what kind of driving he does.

If you had a cap or tonneau cover, I'd bet your average mileage would go up when your not towing!

When I do highway driving it has a rpm of around 2500 @ 75 and that seems to be it's sweet spot!
