Hey guys hows it going? Yep getting all the salt washed off is a big plus!
Yeah Jay I think Tom must be hiding after he starts the thread up. It would be fun to give him a hard time since he was the one saying there is no action in here. Least he could do is pop in and say hi from time to time. haha Just razzing ya a little Tom if you see this.
I did send him a PM to see if things were ok. Have not heard back yet.
Might run over to Harbor Freight in Fridley this weekend. They are having a parking lot sale. I want to get a low slung creeper and maybe a few other misc items.
Jay, Thanks for the Harbor Freight update. I like the store, never can leave empty handed. Cheap tools for occasional use, or one time use, but can't complain.
Wow Jay! You are a Harbor Freight virgin. The store is great. Many items, but plan on spending a little time, kind of unorganized. The tools are not of great quality, I have quite a few, but none that I use on a regular basis, but they are cheap.
In other words, form my experience. I would not buy a 3/4" breaker bar from Harbor Freight, and then put a 4' pipe on it, and then hook a tractor to it to break loose lug nuts. It will break (I have tried) Then I broke a Craftsman (at least I got a new one of those free).
All and all, it is a good store for inexpensive tools.
Afternoon Jay, Lee and anyone else hanging around!
I dont have places like Harbor Frieght around here. Every once in while a travleing place like that comes around and sells tools. Well guys a buddy of mine is stopping by and were heading out to look at an '02 F250 7.3 psd he thinks is a good deal this afternoon. I will let you know what he does. Maybe we will have a new member to join our ranks.
Thanks Lee. I always pick my battles with tools. If it is strictly an occassional use item I don't mind going cheap but otherwise I hold out for something good.
Good luck Troy. Let us know what your friend does.

Wow, that's a good idea. I never would have thought to hook up my tractor to a cheater pipe. Thanks for the good advise.

girl BLAH BLAH BLAH going on here..
I sent Jay a PM about what is going on and will share at our next GTG. Its stuff I cannot post on hear since these thread can be found on the internet. Mainly the back is getting worst and I finally put my foot down. Not bad after almost 5 years HUH.
