Hey Tom, nice to see you stop in and say HI! Sorry to hear about your back and now you got me curious..hmmm GTG this weekend! So you never said is all this more than high school chit chat?
Hey Mike I was just thinking that Scott must be a new daddy here pretty soon. His wife was due early March.
Well I went with my buddy and looked at that '02 7.3 psd which turned out to be an '01 not an '02. Well after looking at this truck we ran away fast. Major dusting of the turbo, chunks missing out of the turbo blades, blowby puffed like a steam engine and the entire time it idled and drove for a total of 30 minutes it never quit blowing blue smoke out the tailpipe. Was even blowing smoke around the engine, guesing uppipes were leaking. The dirt buildup on the inside of the airbox and tube to the turbo was the worst I have ever seen. Truck had 220,000 on it. So if anybody finds a good 7.3 psd let me know.
All kidding aside, 1) I just wanted to see if it the threads would continue without.

I checked with my buddy, his dad is getting a new truck, and he is selling his old one. It is a 2003 F250 with a 6.0 powerstroke, run run away, I thought it was a 7.3. Very 1st year 6.0, not a good idea, he got tired of problems, that what he said.
Just found out that I may not be able to go on vacation.
Wife may not be able to get work off & I will not be able to go to the camping GTG. I am in a wedding on the 22. I will try to drive up and meet everyone Friday night, I may even be able to stay Fri, but will have to play it by ear.

Thanks for checking Lee. Yeah I will run fast from that. Back in '06 we had a shop truck that was an '03 6.0 first year and alot of trouble. When it ran it pulled good.
I am sorry to hear about your vacation trouble. That sucks! Hopefully you can make it up to the gtg on friday that would be great!

Troy I work with a guy (former mech) That bought a 02 psd ext cab 350 long box from Central specialties Inc. He rebuilt the tranny I think It has 220+ miles on it. I know it for sale, everything he has is. He is from Long Prairie I do not have his number but call me if u are interested. 320-260-3307
