I took a nap I just woke up and saw your post about the adapter app yes I did download it I I just removed it and I will try again in the morning thank you !!!
I’ve narrowed it down to oil pressure leak going to do air test tomorrow if it is Hpop what is a good replacement stock motor

Most folks on here recommend either the CNCFab HPOP or DieselSite 'Adrenaline' HPOP. Note that there are two output variants of the Adrenaline, 'Slighy larger than stock' for up to 190cc injectors and 'Adrenaline high volume' for injectors 205cc and larger. According to my conversation with DieselSite, there is ZERO advantage in the high volume variant if you are below 205cc injectors.

thank you I was looking at adrenaline and you answered one of my questions about slightly larger then stock I hope it’s not the Hpop but at least I now know what to get thanks again I really appreciate it
Ok I did air test through ipr valve covers off the only thing I hear is gurgling inside the oil filter housing does that point towards a high pressure pump
hi Bismarck I have a question I have the Hpop out couldn’t find any o rings cut but I can’t remember it was a few years ago when I did one shouldn’t you be able to turn the pump freely in your hand this one turns a little and binds then a little and binds I can turn it through the bind but very hard that’s not right is it?

well I just put air to the pump front seal is shot so thank you for all your help!,!,
" ........... all pumps leak out that front seal. It's a wiper seal and is a one way leak out of the pump - it provides lubrication."
"Turn the gear - if it is not seized and you can hear the gurgle of it pumping (you can even place your fingers on the in/out and feel it sucking and pushing) then you've eliminated most of the things that could have been "broken" with it."
.
Make sure you are not starving the HPOP for oil flow by having the wrong oil filter cap, or a broken oil filter housing drain valve. Trash in the oil system is bad also, it can plug the HPOP screen and then the HPOP screen can fail and send metal through the HPOP.
Also, excess oil temps can cause excess leakage from that wiper seal.
I can tell you it didn’t want to spin smooth it would lock up and I’d really had to crank it to get it to move then move then bind up and so on like I said after putting air to it it spun easy I’ll fool with it in the morning but I think it’s toast thanks
