I believe that police officers SHOULD have a car that the general public can not get. It just makes more sense to me.

as in something not on the market for civilians.
a barracuda is on the market for civilians.
the E7 is not available to anyone but Police Agencies.
that and a barracuda has absolutely no purpose as a cop car.
the E7 is probably the best thing any police officer can get. nothing will come close to it for quite some time. Especially crown vics, Luminas, and Chargers. It is a purpose built machine. the others are civilian cars, who have some extra gadgets added on to them.
