and if not a 2005 f150, then a crown vic or a Focus

If you go with the crown vic, get a police model.
They are fun!
I do not know why you would want a focus.

And with the F150, cant go wrong there, but will you leave the 80-86 forum?

focus because I do not plan on getting a family, so a nice little car to zoom around base on will be just fine.
and yes, I would get a p71 crown vic. civilian models are just, boring.

The grand Marquis is.
The marauder is a higher performance special edition made from 03-04.
Has a DOHC 4.6, bigger brakes and an all different trim package.
Looks like a caprice SS did in 96.
