4 cans of Gunk, and a lot of scraping later........ and it's still no where near as clean as I was hoping for.

thankfully Gunk is dirt cheap, i think 4 more cans and I will be all set

you know, i was very tempted to buy that stuff, the only problem i had with it, was that it came in a big bottle and a spray bottle, but not an aerosol can

but, if you say it works, I will invest the 3.99 in it and give it a try.

...i think i might even be able to get it for free haha

wee rewards

I like oven cleaner. It is cheap, works great, and leaves a fresh lemon scent!

My first thought would be to use carb cleaner, but I'm sure that can't be good for paint. :\ I actually need to clean the engine in my truck AND the 4.0 in the Cherokee...

I will say this, carb cleaner works great for cleaning spark plugs and greasy old bolts.

Purple power does work great in the tough areas. Also helps shine your chrome bumpers and tires/rims!! Good stuff. Works best if you dont let it dry.

Too old I guess

My kids said I would never figure it out, so, can somebody tell me how you put your vehicles at the bottom of your posts. I would really hate to admit I couldn't do it to them.

I must be bad!

It said I was not allowed to have a signature, so I will have to find out why.
Thank you for help though.

Well, I think I found out why! I didn't realize you could buy a subscription and that is the only way you can have that. But, that will be taken care of tomorrow.

You have to have at least 25 posts before you acquire the privilege of having a signature, I think. I didn't have one either when I first joined, but after I got to 25 posts or so, the option just showed up in my User CP.

Post here for a bit, you'll get that post count up in no time :P
