So today, the first day all week it didnt rain, we lost water at the store. At about 8pm during our after dinner rush we had to shut down. It was only out for an hr but I decided to stay closed untill we heard if the water was safe to use or not. I just heard it is ( its 2 am now here) so we can open again tomarrow so thats some good news.

It's been really dry here. It rained pretty good last week but we haven't had a drop since Sunday last week. Good to hear you'll be able to open tomorrow. I'm off until Tuesday and glad of it!

Yea Im glad we will be too, we are in whats called an outdoor mall so the rain really kills me.
Nope, nothing really. I put in a call to the sheriffs dept about the 900 check over a week ago, and havent heard anything yet. Ive only spoke with the lady who answers the phones. The last I heard was they cant do anything because the bank that they cashed the check at didnt have a camera in the drive through lane

what kind of headlight switch ya need Pete??
i think i still have a switch with fog lights but no auto light function left from when i put the auto/DRL lights conversion in my 02.
if you want it, it's yours for the postage.

it's gonna be nasty today.
at 630 am, it was 70º and 70% humidity.
it is now over 80 at 10 am, and it feels like a blast furnace out there.
i am glad i am almost done with the outside work on the truck. after my break, i have to tie up 2 wires under the truck, and then it is into the AC to put the 650 dash together.
hopefully, by monday afternoon i will have the 650 dash in and wired, and the air compressor and train horns mounted and working.

it is now over 80 at 10 am, and it feels like a blast furnace out there.

Good morning all!
Wow... kinda tough getting used to humidity again! it was 83 yesterday with 73% humidity!!! it was like breathing soup!
Mom bought a maroon 2009 Honda CR-V yesterday too! Cool little ride, and it's (on demand) 4WD too, plus much easier for her to get in/out of
I've got a job interview on Tuesday - wish me luck! I'm actually hoping I get it, since the dress code is jeans j& t-shirt!!! woohoo!!!

here ya go. i still have some wiring to do, the vinyl switch covers to put on, and i am going to put the electric trailer brake controller in the hole under the switches.
but it is a good start, because everything behind the dash is wired into the quick connect coupler.
lower hideaway strobes and upper strobe bar are already hooked up.
i still need to mount the controller for the arrow stick too.

I woke up at 530 this morning, had a cup of kawfee, took the pup to the bark park...
She did really good, she was playing with one dog and ran smack into a group of 8 big dogs, and freaked out when they all wanted to sniff her at once!

Great day here in paoli. Overcast again. grrrrrr
went no vacancy again last night so that is a good thing. Prayerfully by sept. Motel will be in the past. dont ask.
I am cooking out for motel tomorrow. Have to go to wal mart and get more bushes beans. Now I am up to 27 people who will be here. hamburgers, injected hot dog and smoked sausage, brownie sundaes, chips and a custom pot of beans I make. Throwing out some deviled eggs and some chips and woo hoo dinner is on!
I will host a horseshoe tourney and play some ladder ball as well. there are 8 signed up for the poker tourney at 5 and there is some pretty high stakes involved there. Just going to be a fun day. Only three things would make it complete and two are in Mass. and one is in Texas. (insert great big sigh right here)
Pete I shared the pics from jims weekend there with my 13 y/o and she said you are total MEEEEEOOOOOOWWWW! In other words you are way too hot. You are like 76 on the huggable factor.
