How does that tent in the back of the truck work? Comfy?
i noticed you had the wrong kinda beer there too(that was a can of beer in your hand int eh one pic wasnt it), wheres the Pilsner?! haha.
The tent was made to fit my truck, you can get them online. Kinda hard without the air mattress though, but sure comfy with it in there.
That beer is "Fear the Beer", and comes in a black can with a flaming bull's head. Not really sure who brews it, but it's brewed in BC. They distill vodka too, with a black label called "Fear the Vodka". Cheap stuff, wicked hangovers. I only got a 6 pack of it, but rounded out the weekend with a couple flats of Sleeman's.
Haha. Naw, our birthdays are a week apart, and we went to Hawaii for 10 days. Since we had her 30th at home, when we got to Hawaii I paid for snorkelling and she paid for the dolphin encounters.
What a week and a half. I hope I never forget it. Rental Jeep with the top down every day almost, quiet beaches, swimming with dolphins... Found a really cool Irish pub too. My only regret is not taking surfing lessons.
Hey Lisa, I mean crappier in that if y'all seen the video I posted of my first "hooch" at COP (Combat Out Post) Gannon, I had my own room, or as we effectionatly called it a "jack shack" LOL. Now, at COP Ubaydi, a half hour east of Gannon, I have a little more space, but am now bunking it w/ another Marine, and between his two footlockers and all our assorted bags and crap, it's kinda tight, and no privacy. And we're only here for another 2 weeks plus, and then an 8 hour drive further east to turn in our trucks and heavy guns, and then we go back to Al Asad (flying) to wait for order to re-mission us. Unfortunately we're gonna get broken up, and as tight as we are that really sucks. At least we'll all be on the same flight home though....
Joe I like that tent on the back of your truck!! Hey Tristan
Hey, bud.
Just went over to change the oil in moms truck and check her tires and such for their long road trip coming up on Wednesday. Sampled her oil and gonna send it to BS too. Im worried about that engine in her truck.
Looks like Ill be staying there again for a few weeks! Raid their fridge and be lazy until work calls!
Thats a freakin sweet looking Jeep Ed! Plus I like the fact that you can off road with that tire/wheel combo. Too many "status symbols" vehicle owners buy 20" rims and stick way too skinny tires on them. Yuck LOL.

Thanks,
Picture will fool you, there is not a straight panel anywhere on this baby, dont really care about exterior, but I have the drive train checked every other month just in case I need to replace anything and I wash it after every outing so so I can see if there is anything loose. I just installed the BFG's a few weeks ago and got a lifetime alignment at the same time.
I got a few more things I want to do to it but for the most part it will stay the same looking, I bonzi the hell out of this thing.
