we have an excavating and paving business along with a gravel pit.
i run the sand and gravel pit, got laid off for the winter but we are running low on sand so i had to do thaw everything out to make some sand next week.
spent the last 3 days thawing and chipping away the sand build up under the plant because i was to lazy to do it the last day i ran the plant.

Pretty decent. Got the XM radio set up in the shop so Clay won't whine about music next time he's out here like he did last time. Built a little shelf for it and everything.

Saw a dog that appears to be lost down near the shop. I told Ed's daughter about it an she determined it's a German Shorthair Pointer. I tried to get closer to it when I saw it to see if it had a collar or tags but it took off when I did. Saw it around the shop again as I was leaving but didn't bother to try again.

Dad says it's been down there about a week since there were some hunters down there. I'm shocked that any hunter would leave without all his dogs present and accounted for to be honest. The good thing is that it must be finding something to eat cause it didn't look like it hadn't eaten in a week.

Maybe it's not a very good hunting dog. LOL I'm kidding, people that leave their animals out like that to fend for themselves are cruel.

Nah. I can weld ok. I took a piece of wood and cut it to size. Grabbed some angle iron and built a bracket for it. Notched it out to fit together nice and everything. Painted it up and hung it on the wall.

I was using a wire wheel to clean up the angle iron since it was quite rusty and wouldn't ya know it a wire flew off and embedded itself about 1/2" into one of my fingers. Didn't even notice it until I felt it brush against something so I pulled it out (which felt REALLY weird) and I was shocked at how deep it was in there. Didn't hardly even bleed afterwards.

And Sheldon I'm not lazy I just choose to work smarter rather than harder.
