i have survived 5 scooter wrecks.
i hit the same tree on the farm 3 times, had a lifted pickup pull out in front of me, so i layed the scooter down and slid under it. and then kept on sliding into a telephone pole.
i quit riding on the road after that.
so i got a honda big red, and got crazy with that for a few years.

till i fell off it in the snow, and damn near broke my neck again.
i had just gotten to where i could walk without assistance of a cane, and two months later i wrecked the 3 wheeler and spent another 3 months in the hospital in traction.

i was not very smart in my younger days.

Funny..funny looking!

Not up to much this weekend, bmyself all weekend. I'll see what I can do to keep myself busy. Working on the truck a bit perhaps..and of course more working out. I got shin splints for the first time while running night before last..I gotta work my way through that.

How about you Sheldon?

Jezus Tom. You attract danger I think.

I got a little too cuddly with a tree once on the quad, ended up with a pretty good size chunk of bark in my leg. "almost" rolled it more times than I can count. Ran over my own foot once....that's about it.

Oh no Lisa, I hate shin splints! I went through them once when I started getting hard into cardio (a few years ago) and I pushed through it, and it got even worse. What I did was stretched my legs out alot, and took a little break, then they were fine. How long you running for now?

I went outside the other day and ran with the dog, and it felt awesome, so much better then running in a circle inside! I dont do that anymore either though, I throw on some gloves and hit the heavy bag instead.

Im ok, bored as hell though today.

Id love to! I would even load my motorbike up too! Oh wait, thats probably what you meant anyways!

Hey Jay. What kinda bike ya have anyways? Ive had motorbikes all my life, but never had a bike license yet. Thinking about getting it last year, so this year maybe I should!
I have a 2000 BMW K1200RS

This is not mine but similar. I have black saddlebags instead of the red ones. I don't usually have those on anyway.

Well I did take a break last night, figured my legs needed it. I've been running about 3 weeks solid now. A friend suggested legwarmers, which I thought was interesting. I do need to do a better job of stretching, I have this habit of just jumping on the treadmill and starting out in a full on run. See in order to motivate myself to run, the deal is I don't get to eat until I finish my run. So I come home, run my miles as fast as I can so I can make dinner. Fat girl wants food.

I'm sorry you're bored.

Jason, Jay, i hope you fellas have fun!

Jim that dinner sounds awesome, my dinner was a bowl of home made veggie soup, that is basically just veggies boiled in water with dill and added hot sauce, I had 85 grams of whole wheat pasta, and 3 hard boiled eggs!

Lisa dont be sorry Im bored, its my own doing! Gonna go do some wiring in a little bit in the basement, gonna hook up the central vac too.
Plus smack my dog around a little bit
