Seems like we don't really have any good topics of discussion lately so I'm gonna post up a few pictures of our new toy in order to have something to talk about.

This is what it produced with the 2" square screens in it now. We're looking to get 1.25" square screens to hopefully try to make a better product.
Afternoon ya'll, hope everyone's Tuesday is going well. This working stuff ain't quite what it used to be.
2006 Rotochopper CP118
I not familiar with the name RotoChopper, but it looks like a tub grinder. Or is it something else? In a former career (steering wheel holder) I've moved a couple of Mobark Tubgrinders that would eat stumps from 80 year old oaks. Wild stuff to watch...from quite a distance.
morning all
headed to McDonald & McDonald Spring company to get new springs and helpers for our 2000 F550
steve text me the info u have about the rear springs u want and ill get u a quote
i think you were saying f350 "N" code but im not positive

Rotochopper does make grinders. I believe they only make horizontal grinders though. We already have a tub grinder. This is known as a chip processor. Load in a bucket of woodchips it goes up the conveyor and drops into the grinding/coloring chamber where it is ground and sprayed with a mixture of dye and water and once it is ground down enough it falls through the screen and goes out the discharge conveyor and onto a stockpile.
Howdy, Jay. The Hawkeye State is, in a word, wet... the slow melt we had helped some, but there's still some flooding going on. Seems like it happens every spring, really.

truck is a F550 mason dump
it rides fairly well considering that it has heavy duty springs and the outside rear wheels are solid foam filled
we do alot of things in my shop that the product provider says there product wont do
this truck is a 2000 f550 reg cab with 11 foot dump box with a gvwr around 17,000
we have had 12 ton of quarry proccess on it and took it up the mountian to get to a job
dont get me wrong it breaks and it breaks big but the truck itself has never let us down
