No i understand completely where your coming from. But I just figured, with it still being light out and security gaurds for the shopping center patroling the center I'd be ok.

That problem is two-fold. First the owners of the center shouldn't be that naive but in reality, they're probably trying to pinch a penny as tightly as they can. The Wal-Mart here has just updated their video system and we can even get license numbers off of the passing cars now. We've cleared a lot of these things by using them. One of our local restaurants (National Chain) has had probably 100-150 smash and grab thefts in the past two years and yet they say that they can't justify the cost of installing the cameras.
Second, the security guys can't be everywhere at once and a lot of the companies that own these malls, shopping centers, and restaurants think they can. Better yet, they would lead everybody to believe that when in reality, it's just not possible. Jimmi-Jammers help but don't stop the window breakage which happens here on a regular basis. One of the best bets is to reduce temptation (which you already know) by leaving nothing out and visible.
I hope they catch these turds and you get at least some of your stuff back buddy.
My ex starting talking to this guy that I have a lot of respect for when it came down to business and I know both of his cousins and theyre pretty good guys. The business was defending his life. I will post a link for the story at the end of the post. She cannot get it thru her mind on why she shouldnt date this guy. The guy he killed has TONS of friends and as bad as this seems, Im surprised they havent taken out some sort of revenge before now. She says to me "I cant help who Im attracted to, my heart always wins". I responded back and aked her to used her damn brain this time and stay away from this kid. I dont mind the guy one bit and he drives a 7.3 too! Heres an example I witnessed last week personally. He rolls up and he shuts the truck down. He doesnt even get off his nerf bar before some random guy in the bar starts yappin his mouth at him. Three bouncers come running over and yell at the guy in the bar to shut up and hes gone if he utters one more word about the whole situation. Well he goes in and 3 minutes later he leaves. Anywhere he goes Im sure he gets yapped at, death threats and such. Am I wrong for advising her to stay outta this situation or not?! Just dont see any good that can come out of it...

I do agree with you in retrospect now, I shouldn't have trusted them to be able to watch everything, but it is a nice area and there havent been any break ins untill recently. Im calling one of the owners of the shopping centers tomorrow(hes a friend of my parents ) and am going to try and see if theres something they can do to stop this from happening. Im going to push for cameras but I dont think they will go for it. Im just going to tell them that the customers will stop visiting the center if they dont feel safe which will force shops to close and then the center will lose money.
The stuff Im not worried about mainly, I just dont want some scumbags on the street anymore. eventually they will move on to bigger things and really do some damage.
John I dont really know you that well (I just got back into the O/T since you started posting in here ) But I grew up with respect for other people and most people my age dont have any for anyone but themselves. Ive always worked for what Ive got nothing handed to me, ever, just wasnt raised that way. Im only 20 by the way. Sorry bout the long post guys

Its old news but I told her I know we arent together but Id rather see her again before her funeral and I know those were harsh words but I think it sank in...considering Im going over to her house Thursday...just as a friend to move some furniture and for lunch!
Shes pretty shallow but she will always have a place in my heart...even though it is pretty tiny...

I know exactly what your talking about. My ex left me for my best friend at the time and then became some big fake biatch. I tried to explain this to her, since she lost all of her friends from before because of it but got no where...
