On edit: yeah Jason thats what I figure too, it was actually an independant guy that built the stairs in his shop, then we installed them. The rest of the basement is wide open though, so he could have went out another foot and I could have extended that little wall where the tele posts are to match it. Oh well.
No problem man.

g'mornin' all!! nice & crisp out there this morning!!

I went & picked up the running boards for my mom's CR-V last night. Hubby wasn't there, just the wife & kids. No biggie. Funny thing... she tells me "They're extremely heavy. My husband struggled bringing them up the stairs, so I know they are." She must have thought I was He-Man when I picked the thing up by one of the plastic box straps.... seriously, they're hollow-tube running boards with a couple of brackets. Maybe 30lbs? So I'm thinking the hubbie must be the exact opposite of Lisa's burly dream guy. Sad.

What's everyone up to today? I can't believe it's Thursday already!!! SWEET!!

Top of the morning to you as well, haven't completed the first cup of coffee...yet. Shoot, not only is Thursday...week from tomorrow is Christmas, and the Friday after that is New Years. Seems like New Years was just a couple of weeks ago (3-4 weeks). I've always heard time flies faster the older you get...now I believe it!

Haha, funny you should ask Jeff, things are actually looking like they might take a huge turn in my career plans. I was offered a job at Lakehurst, where i work now, in a completely different field then i am in now, just making more money. So i think i am going to take that job and make a career change.

Matt, my recently departed Grandpa use to say, " if you have to work 8 hours, you might as well make the most you can!"

That's awesome Matt. At least you'll get to stay next to your family and make more money to boot! Win, win for sure. Offer still stands man, if you just want to come out and check out the area. Hell, We'll go fising at the very least! Caught this one little brown about 15 minutes from Beale while turkey hunting last Spring.
