Hey...I'd like to cut a little...any suggestions? I suppose I should start by staying away from the damn Christmas cookies at work?

She must have thought I was He-Man when I picked the thing up by one of the plastic box straps.... seriously, they're hollow-tube running boards with a couple of brackets. Maybe 30lbs? So I'm thinking the hubbie must be the exact opposite of Lisa's burly dream guy. Sad.
What's everyone up to today? I can't believe it's Thursday already!!! SWEET!!
Thursday, woohoo. I am OUTTA here and on my way to Denver tomorrow!
Funny story Brent. Some people have 0 strength. When I was at my sister's for Thanskgiving, she got her carpet shampooed in the basement. Well she has a few bookcases, full of books and some misc furniture that had to be moved out of the way. So my sister's husband (extremely strong guy) and I teamed up and carried both bookcases out and a few couches. When it came to move everything back, my 17-year-old sister thought she could handle it. We picked one up and started moving and she dropped it and screamed "OW my chicken tenders" chicken tenders = arm muscles, in case you were wondering. I laughed for a solid 10 minutes, and then went and got my sister's husband. Even more sad when men are like that.

Not sure you want that, I'm a tough love type of nurse.

I hear ya, doesn't seem like it could possibly be so close.

I don't know if I am blind..but I used to be pretty good at where's Waldo so I am convinced I am missing something. I don't see anyone building anything, just you and some kids and some pigs.

OO that's good news..and you don't have to worry about selling your house in such a down market.
I thought I'd let ya know, I tried out different breathing techniques last night. Seems the breathing with the music is working best for me..some songs aren't as easy but, I did run a lot better last night.

That's a nice Brown. I haven't seen a Brown in years!
Lis, that's great that the breathing techs worked for you. Like i said, the more you do it, the more you will get used to it and then it will jsut come natural to you without even thinking about it.
Lisa, I'm building Futures! I love spending time with my children's classes explaining to them where there food comes from so you and I can have a future hunting!

Yeah..it does seem to be getting easier. I keep trying to run faster and for longer every time I go, push the envelope a little further.

Ohh...too early for me to grasp such a complex analogy without explanation. Every picture I see of you, you are with your kids. That kicks ***...you seem like a really cool dad.

Thank You Lisa. I'm just trying to do the best I can. As most that know me, I don't go no where with out my Posse! We're bow/gun toting fools that have big appetites!
Matt i dont really know much about what you work at now, but I believe your a fitness trainer or consultant? What would you be doing now instead? ALways nice when job opportunities pop up like that eh!
Good morning. Dodged a bullet this morning (not literally). I had agreed by phone to send a donation to "Childhood Leukemia Foundation". As I was writing the check something was telling me to research them first. A quick Google search turned up this: They took in $2,500,000 in 2008. Their operating expenses were $2,000,000. Thats 80% going to expenses. I hate scammers!!!!!!!! F'ers better not call me back looking for their money!

Ummmm... I know me & Brent have lots in common (music, trucks, and the first 4 letters of our first names) but we're not EXACTLY the same guy, ya know... although that does open up some interesting tag-team possibilities.... "Guess who I am now!"
