Actually that would be fun if me and chris came up. we could have a contest to see who could be the worst @ss hole to that guy haha.
I'm the same exact way. I know half the younger cops are just on a power trip around here. I can't wait to get pulled by one that didn't like me in HS.

I would just do a whole bunch of reading online. Maybe even join a tractor forum and ask some questions.

Me too!

I grew up on a farm, and have been around farming my whole life. If there was more money in farming, i would be doing that hands down right now. I love harvest time, and right now I really miss working the harvest hours.

Well then jake, are diesel tractors air or liquid cooled? I get the feeling that the older ones are air cooled, I think liquid cooling on tractors is a somewhat new thing.

And what about block heaters?

TMI bro TMI

I think it was the dancing picture that drove the last nail in the coffin Ed.

The job interview went well. The only thing that they "frowned" upon was the fact that my managerial skills are not backed by a college degree. They are going to compile a list for the 2nd round of interviews within the next few days. So now all I can do is wait.

Haha Lisa, I always crack up when I see you comment on what you think is hot. Its a nice change from the chicks that like the shaved chested 125lb skinny pansy boys that dont even know what a wrench is, or how to use one!

Jim, i strongly believe that not everything can be taught at a college or university, and sometimes that degree means nothing. I hope ya get it man, and I hope they see ya for the worker ya are, and forget about the college thing.
(im not saying either that a college degree isnt important and useful, I just sometimes fail to see where its needed)

Glad it went well. I hope they look past that stupid requirement and hire experience instead.

In no way does a college degree prepare you for the challenges of management. Period. Exclamation point!

Big, strong, hairy chest, knows how to use tools and fix stuff??

Just my point of view though. I'm a little odd I think. Not attracted to guys I can beat up. haha

Thanks Sheldon. I gave it my best shot and we will see what happens. Maybe I should buy one of those mail order diplomas.
