Good morning..

Jim you will find your job. You are that good at what you do.

The reason why someone will ever hire an over qualified....

I used to own several businesses. When you hire someone who has been doing that job for a long time, or is a very qualified person in that field you do not have an employee you have a person who will always try to run things because they "know more' Know better" etc. The owner/manager will always hear..."well that is how I have always done it" "It is better to do it my way" The list goes one. Yes I am sure ego has some part in it as everyone has a dose of that in them but it is mostly because as a business owner you want things done your way not anyone elses.

Several of the farms I applied to refused to hire me because I am to advanced for what they want. They want someone who will conform to the way THEY do business not the way i do business. They want to train the way they want. Usually when someone comes in who knows more than owner it will rear its ugly head over and over until the breaking point is reached.

Do not ever take it personal or accuse them of being jealous etc. They have their business run a certain way and may not want or need change.

Well my house is packed. My horses have shots, dog has her 3 year rabies (thanks "dear friend" from NC) I am just about ready to say adios to Indiana.

My custom side mirrors and rear view are totally finished for truck and OMG y'all aint never seen nothing like them in the world. The gas tank is looking okay in the raw but i pray when finished it looks like what I have on paper. Last one didnt. I have some colors I am going to let y'all look at and decide on for me.

Thats the dumbest thing Ive ever heard, if someone applied with me that knew more than I did, my only concern would be keeping them and if I could afford them, not that they may know more than me. It would be a great asset to have someone I didnt need to babysit all day. Oh well Jim, like you said, there's other things on the horizon. Good luck and best wishes to you bud.

Welcome home, well done, and many thanks for your service, soldier.

Why do we need a poll? We could just "appoint" Lisa, ya know.
