it's a nasty cloudy overcast day with scattered rain here on the jersey shore also.

a perfect day to be home sick.

i got a mild case of food poisoning again, and have no one to blame this time but myself.
i grabbed a bottle of A-1 steak sauce out of the fridge last night to put on a burger for "something different"at 10:30 i woke up with that "I'm gonna be sick" feeling.

i have been running to the bathroom every 10-15 minutes ever since them. i looked at the bottle of A-1 a while ago, and it had a 10-07-99 use by date on it.

Today is an okay day. I have got three loads of towels washed (have to soak em once a week in a whitener to keep em snow white) and dried. now comes folding and stacking.

Packed up 18 more boxes of movies. I keep looking at somethings to pack up and say "no ill do that later"

Dan I have added your FIL to my online prayer list. There is a lot of power in prayer.
he will be fine.

Lisa I know the hair thing. Mine is very very naturally curly and one speck of moisture in the air and FWOOP! i am instant lions mane.

BTW I love you guys!

I had an umbrella..that was the messed up part. The rain was hitting the ground and splashing back up and hitting me. Like Forest gump...rain that came from below.

Besides only raincoat I own is for hunting and probably has blood stains on it.

Yak! Drink lots and lots of gatorade. It'll wash ya out and give you enough nutrients to help you feel better.

Now that wouldn't be a bad thing then would it..unless of course they are slamming me up against a patrol car and slapping cuffs on me..then, that wouldn't be so much fun.

Gross!

So, it's still raining. Half the roads around here are flooded, and they are starting to sandbag in some of the lower-elevation areas.

Lets just say the drive home was interesting. Some big puddles, no big deal, biggest obstacle are the people...people who don't understand that water = hydroplaning = slippery conditions.
