I didn't accomplish anything this weekend, except consuming mass quantities of food and beverages. We had company from MA that stayed with us until Monday AM, and just had another BBQ last night.
Now I have to wait until October, I will be working 4 days a week with every Monday off, then every other Monday off from November until New Years....had vacation days left over and it was use'm or lose'm.....

what not to do on your day off.
i was in the garage reaching for the drill bits that were under the drill press next to the tool box, and there was an open drawer on the box.you guessed it, the drawer handle "bit" me/mr sil was rolling on the floor laughing when he heard me groan "aw shoot! that's gonna leave a scar."
my daughter came runnng in, looked at my arm, smacked him upside the head, and said lets go to the hospital.
6 stitches. 4 in the top cut, and 2 in the lower.

yeppers, at one point we had on line reeled up and only 5 feet into water and fish were jumping on the line waiting to be reeled in.. I mean I standing there eating some chips waiting for another person to reel in their fish, you know taking a break. next ting you know people are yelling at me Ed, Ed you have a fish on the line, clips flying, guide tell me to reel in yelling at me, reel down reel down, I'm yelling back I don't have any line to reel down I can only lift up. I caught a 12lb Salmon that time, almost 5 min later same deal, everyone was catching fish from 5 to 10 feet deep.. funniest thing the guide ever seen.

I went quading all day sat with Haylee, Sunday I went to Mason Lake for Tamra's b-day (Jeff WA.RANGERs wife) they were up from Calif visiting and Monday I did what Mark did, nothing.... all day long just watch movies.
it was Potato Monday.

I told you guys before that the new teacher was too ambitious. Well he assigned 2 research papers 5-8 pages each plus three 2-3 page writing assignments. Papers are due in October the three 2-3 pagers are due Monday.

I took Law. That pretty much covered the government and all branches ie executive, judiciary etc. That class sucked too.
edit: the class also covered "open container laws" and "search laws" among other things. Miranda rights especially. And what the course of schooling to take is to become a judge, how long to clerk for before you can become a lawyer. Lots of Latin names for things that I can't remember any more. It's been 16 years.

Steve had family visit from 2 different stated, and ate him out of house and home.

Joe got drunk and went to sleep.
Jim had to babysit 2 troublemakers in another thread.
i spent $1,000 on brake parts.
