To be honest I haven't installed them yet. The idea of tearing my door apart scares me a little. Of course you're probably looking at those switches as an investment since I'll probably need a new door panel before all is said and done.
So, it's still raining. Half the roads around here are flooded, and they are starting to sandbag in some of the lower-elevation areas.
Lets just say the drive home was interesting. Some big puddles, no big deal, biggest obstacle are the people...people who don't understand that water = hydroplaning = slippery conditions.
I sent you a text earlier when I was on my way home from the beach/dropping Julie off at school. I wasnt sure how bad you guys got it but once I got my computer fired up I see your doing fine. lol

I sent you a text back...this morning. Sorry. I was asleep and totally out of it when you texted me last night.
Yep, we're fine. I hope I didn't wake you up with my 5 a.m. text...
well, the sky is full of black clouds, it is raining like a son of a gun, you need the headlights on to see to drive, and a hurricane will be rolling through any minute.
it is a beautiful day to be alive!
i guess you can tell i am feeling MUCH better today.
Big plans..nah. Supposed to be in the 60's and nice this weekend so, I really do need to get some stuff done on the truck. At the very least I gotta go to the car wash...I had a little spider running around on my windshield this morning - he decided to make his home in my hood vents.
I wish I had something exciting going on.
How about you?

Glad to hear of it. I take it the noodle soup stayed down?
I've had food poisoning more than once. Sucks equally as much every time I get it.
yes it does.
the last time i had it was a few years ago when they had the taco bell e-coli outbreak. the local chinese joint had just changed ownership, and the new owners were cheap and switched to a questionable supplier out of NY.
i lost 37 lbs in 48 hours, and ended up severely dehydrated and in the hospital for 5 days, unconscious for 3 of those days.
the store offered free food to the over 100 people that got sick, but no one ever went back.
the old couple that built the business and ran it for 35 years were very ticked off that their name was ruined and the store was closed for good within one weeks time of selling.
Nothing exciting going on here this weekend. Me and a member of the sask chapter of fte were gonna go hit a few auction sales looking at old tractors, and I have to move a septic tank over for our new place, and finish cleaning out this trailer. BORING!
I kinda miss the days when friday would roll around, and all I would have on my mind is having some beers haha.
