Ok Jim, finally getting the info you needed on that mirror.

Here is the model number and other info on the back. Model number 177:


The back of the mirror with view of the plugin:


The wires for the temp sending unit and the ground and power run to this little plug:


Hot and ground:


Here is the temp sending unit. It has been cut, so I am going to have to solder the wires back together.

We are gettin rid of the frenchy and putting a regular door in. Dont ask why, but thats whats gonna happen!

French out and regular in?? okay, thats different, but more secure I suppose. That means framing and studs! awesome!

Yep...definitely different. 21 years of a frenchy I guess a little change is in order.
