Well water is a real coin toss in my vast experience. It is really pretty much the luck of the draw. I saw lots of cases in Alaska where one well the water may be nearly black, and smell horrible, but the next well down the road pure spring water.
I guess thats somethin we'll keep our eye out for.

Council Bluffs is another nice scenic area if I remember correctly.
Council Bluffs is beautiful. Funny thing is, according to Randy, most people from Omaha refuse to live in the bluffs...some retarded crap about being made fun of because you'd be an Iowegian.
Americans have two problems. 1) We are scared of change and 2) We think the way we do things is the only way to do things and everyone else is wrong.
Don't lynch me for saying that, just my observation.
I'll redeem myself by saying that our boys (and girls) in uniform are the best on the planet.
I'd pretty agree with you 100%. No lynching allowed!

In terms of cost, it can be. Many places now will put a meter on your well; the gov't gets its due, and even plenty of what it's not due.
From your experience with the sulfur, you'll know that a treatment system will be needed. Figuring out which type will be the fun part (water tests, research, etc.). Plus if there are lots of farms in the area, it'd probably be a good idea to talk to the locals farmers & find out what types of fertilizer & chemicals they use.
Randy is all the way across the state today, I spent part of my morning pleading with him to drive back tonight so that he doesn't get stuck in this massive storm thats heading our way for Thursday.
I'm sure he'll get through it all just fine, I just wanted to wish him well.
Lisa, one of the things I have learned with well water is not to stop at the first cavity.. Where we have our cabin, the well that was tapped at 35' taste rough, when we went to 82', well, I would prefer that over the city water..
Randy will make it home.. or he wouldnt be able to live it down if Lisa had to go pull him out..
Looks like I'm going to pick up my little sis today and go do some shopping. She is snowed in and needs to finish some Christmas shopping. Kinda cool being the big brother with the truck and being asked for help....
Plus she said she was buying lunch so its pretty much win win...

Thats for sure. That fun fact would follow him around for a while..
And thats why we have red. The all-purpose recovery vehicle.

Sounds like a pretty good day. Be careful out there...
I will Lisa, thanks. She is a blast to hang out with, she is 20, head in the clouds most of the time...But likes my truck, and playing good music so we'll be great!
Hey, its not my fault he refuses to purchase a capable vehicle.
I guess I should have added a develish smile here.. I wasnt complaining.. here found it
I would do the same thing.. and probably even call on the cell phone a couple of times to see if they were all right while I was behind them..just to make them feel better...you know, knowing that I was there and all..

Have a great day Brent. So many do not get along with their siblings.

If she's anything like you, I am sure she is a blast.
For 20, having your head in the clouds isn't such a bad thing.

lol. We took on that responsibility when we purchased our trucks I suppose. Public service of pulling people out of the messes they get themselves into.

So very true.
Well all I am off to wallyworld.
For weeks I have been trying to locate a model locomotive for Randy's dad. He is a big foamer and we thought it would be cool to give him a loco that is painted like an IAIS engine.
I finally went on the wallyworld website, and they have a complete train kit, tracks and everything...its an BNSF train but the locomotive will work perfectly...just a little bit of paint and some time...and $40 is so much better than $198 for just the locomotive off one of those hobby sites.
