At least up there it's good for something. Wishing for snow where all it does it make a mess, cause wrecks, and you gotta shovel it, plow it, get it off your car just so you can go to work is not real bright. IMO!!
Must be the age difference.
I'm tired of all this rain and 60* weather. It's friggin December for craps sake. It's been like this for a few years around here.
If you guys hate shoveling snow that much I have a great, but not so not so cheap fix to your problem.
First you go get yourself about $600. Then you get in the truck and go to your local STIHL/Deere dealership. Then you purchase a KM110 with powersweep attachment.
They work great for moving snow. Plus if you pressure wash the inside of your shop you can use it instead of a squeegee to remove the water from the floor.
Now, nothing has really been happening in here at all for the past couple of hours. This old man is just about ready to hit the hay and I will get up tomorrow morning about 100 posts behind. You left coasters just get with it about my bedtime. Wonder how Jeremy is doing??
Thats a new development. My older brother protective vibe kicked in instantly...
Im like that a lot with all my female friends! Dont wanna see them hurt or come cryin to me. I guess I compensate for not having younger siblings...

I would love to have snow actually stick to roads like that. I havent seen snow on roads in years! Makes me extremely jealous!

Eek, that doesn't look good. Randy is home. Told me about several overturned semis.

I had a guy a couple days ago tell me a story about a friend of his killed while snowmobiling. It was here in Iowa, they were blasting across an open field doing 60-70 and didn't even notice the fence posts...apparently there was some type of wire laced between the fenceposts..and off with the guys head. Cut his head clean off.
Be careful out there snowmobilers!

Thanks Lisa! I like that her head is in the clouds, she is too young to not be. Today she told me that she is dating a Marine...Thats a new development. My older brother protective vibe kicked in instantly...But sounds like hes got his head on right, so all is good!
I pulled a couple donies and fun little fishtails myself while out and about today..
Yeah...I went through my Marine phase too..and what a fun..fun phase it was.. lol.
If I had a shorter truck I would try pulling manuvers like that, it's fun.
Why do you need a shorter truck? Mine is just over 21' long with the hitch..
You get more swing out of a longer wheelbase.
hahah.

I know a guy who was out snowmobiling and saw what he thought was a big pile of snow. He went to drive up and over it at a VERY high rate of speed. Turns out it was a snow-covered tractor. The guy is now paralyzed from the waist down and has several metal rods in his back.
