Well, went to the gym tonight. MAN am I outta shape. Managed to lope my fat *** a few miles on the treadmill though. I used to be able to sprint 3 miles without giving it a second thought.

Chris, you should do the crap they are getting me to do at this specialized treatment place.
Apart from the therapy crap for my knee, its pretty intense. I was in the gym this morning from 8:30-just about 1!
Man i love this hotel internet when its working, I was getting 1.4 mb/ second earlier tonight!
I must have downloaded about 20 gigs of crap since tuesday!

Okay.......I have checked and double/triple checked all my gear, all the sandwiches are made, the cooler is packed, the bow is loaded up, truck is full of $2.18 fuel

Ding, fries are done! I too have done several searches and not once has the OT came up in one of them. No disprespect to Scott, but I knew that excuse was something that someone higher up in the food chain had handed down to him as the reason. As soon as I read it, I knew that was some managerial mumbo jumbo excuse. I get the same sort of thing at work and I ususally see right through that too....
