Well, went to the gym tonight. MAN am I outta shape. Managed to lope my fat *** a few miles on the treadmill though. I used to be able to sprint 3 miles without giving it a second thought.
Wanted to see if any of you had any advice...I have an Ipod, with the earbuds that it came with. My ears are too small for the earbuds and they keep falling out because I cant get them in there correctly. Any suggestions?
Also, came home and my laptop was shut off and wouldnt turn back on. A little fun with the FLUKE and I learn my power adapter is bad. WTF?

For the Ipod earbuds.....DON'T get the Phillips ones. They are sold just about everywhere, and they are cheap, both in price and in function. I love my apple earbuds, but we've all got different ears.

Personally, I would love to have some sort of jamming device in my truck that blocks all cell phone signals within 100 yards. I can't understand the people who send and read text messages while driving.

Id be lieing if I said I never texted once or twice while driving, or talked on the cell once while driving! Ah well none us of are perfect 
For headphones I use those ones that kinda hang over your ear, but I dont have an ipod so i dont know if they have that sorta thing. I use a crappy ol mp3 player.

My wife has on her Christmas list these ear plug looking things for her ipod for the same reason. About $30 at Best Buy or wally world. Like these.

Staying in shape isn't so bad........getting BACK into shape really reallllly sucks!

Hmm, never seen those. Ipods have a regular earphone jack just like any other MP3 player. Id love to go into some place and try on different styles.

VA has or did have a law on the %. 35% on the door windows and 5% on back windows. I had my truck done in Alabama about 8 years ago. Lifetime warranty by Formula 1 tints. Soon as I got back our county obviously got new toys and started cracking down on tint! They had meters they would randomly check and see if they were legal %.
Tint on windshield is by Rx only and that cant go beyond 50% in VA.
This was all 8 years ago though...who knows now...I love my tint!

maybe over the ear sound suppressing headphones would be better for you, Lisa...the bose earplugs got mixed reviews
