That sucks Mark. I had that happen to me at the dentist one time. it was my dentist, and of course they were in-network, but they talked me into a cleaning I didn't need..and then of course told me that I had already used all of the cleanings permitted on my insurance and was told I had to pay for it. I ripped that lady up one side and down the other and told her that she was NOT to talk me into things that weren't covered under insurance without telling me first.

Mark isn't there any way you can settle this with the insurance, especially since they told you to go for it?

lol. I might be able to give him a good run for his money, but ultimately, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, especially being that he is in the armed forces and all..and a lot bigger than me..

Good morning all. Scott & I have been talking and I would like to move the OT thread back to our forum. The only thing is that we will have to cut it off and start a new one around the 300 -500 mark. Any thoughts? I have to run off for now I'll check back later.

well...if you wanna know how out of shape I am...I just walked a 20 minute half mile on the treadmill....thats a 40 minute mile...10 times longer than the record 4 minute mile...

6 months ago I had a hard time walking across the parking lot at work...

Dont get frustrated Mark, it will come back to ya. The thing I do when working out, I get my ANCIENT mp3 player (probably adds a few lbs itself!) loaded up with some good tunes, I zone out, listen to tunes, and push my way through my workouts. I do that for my PT, and my regular workout. I feel it pushes me along, and works great!
