Mark, the speedo is analog. Still have the stock Ford Super Duty dash. I didn't have to do anything to make it work. I believe the speedo gets it's signal from the VSS sensor in the rear diff, and that's wiring that I didn't change or mess with at all, so the speedo worked just as it always did.

Mark, I haven't been onto the thread. However, I wonder if there's not a failsafe in the PCM somehow that would get a second (backup) speedo signal from the transmission output shaft sensor, in the event that the VSS in the rear diff were to fail.

It's like you had a post completely deleted for some reason by a mod or admin. If they delete a post, it will lower your post count. I remember seeing your original 3000th post marked as #3000 though. Something must have happened.

It actually took away 3 posts.....no clue why? I didn't notice any subscriptions drop off the grid. Maybe it happens all the time and I just don't notice it.....I usually don't pay attention
