This site will give you the Drawing numbers and Ford Part Numbers for all of your emission parts including the EEC/PCM Computer from the calibration number.
Then click on Technical Resources at the top, then Quick Guides on the left, and then scroll down and click on VECI Labels.
After that put in your information as it asks for it.
If I were to guess I would say that the Program Code for the Calibration code of 5-76A-R05 would be MOB1.
As you have a 1995 5.8L E4OD Calif with MASS air and two O2 Sensors.
PCM Part Number is E5TZ-12A650-PB.
PCM Drawing number is E5TF-12A650-PB.

The Auto part stores, salvage yards, ebay use the Drawing number and not the part number. The Drawing number is E5TF-12A650-PB and if you look for it on line and at some auto part stores just use the posfix and prefix of the drawing number or part number, E5TF-PB & E5TZ-PB.

Is it possible the E5TF-PB MOB1 is supposed to be F5TF-PB MOB1?? I have the same calibration number 5-76A-R05 and I'm finding conflicting information and it's driving me crazy trying to find the proper PCM. I have a 1995 f250 5.8 and it had the wrong PCM in it when I saved it from the scrap yard because the previous owner thought it had a bad transmission it does not. So if there's any chance of clarification on this I would appreciate it. No disrespect to sub Ford your information is always unquestionably accurate.

Now searching Google, for F5TF-PB I'm finding BAN1 catch code, not finding any MOB1?? Will the BAN1 work, or do bit the bullet and buy a rebuilt one? My vin is 1FTHX26H6SKC29538, calibration code 5-76A-R05 and this part I don't know if it matters but will include F5AE-6E061-MUY

He said No MAF, so question would be(Robertw Jackley) is your truck MAF, or MAP, with what trans, and is it a California emissions truck, would be on label subford posted under your hood.
O'Reilly's has F5TZ 12A650-PB(assuming yours is Cali emissions, w/ E4OD.

My direct experience is that as long as the donor PCM came from a vehicle with the same drivetrain and air metering setup, you don't need to match the catch-code exactly. For example, my truck is a '91 4.9 5-speed, and I've used PCM's from '87 - '94 trucks of the same configuration without apparent issue.
Yes, ideally you would match it. I'm just sharing my real-world experiences.
