It's like spring this week out here
This pay it forwards is only 1 day out of a persons life every 3 months and can make a big difference in a community when it's done right. It usually gets 1 or 2 people into helping the seniors or handicapped on their block on a regular basis. Now you know one of the reasons why our CPS despises me so much.

Was warm but there was a really cold wind today but it only took an hour to do the traffic count. 462 vehicles through the intersection and 362 of them were using 19th ave, the residential limit is 1500 vehicles per 24 hour day.
