$105.9 sounds a bit steep John, I`m glad it`s a lot less here since my F150 likes it`s fuel and even more so in the winter.
What`s extreme cold in your parts Ian? Christmas is coming so buy yourself something nice.
Wish it was spring here Perry, maybe in another 4 months or so.
We could get really cold here and see -20...but its not common.
Been a harsher than usual winter already for only December, as usually January is the toughest month.
But we have had an inch of snow and seen -15 already.
Where Dad lives they get rarely ever get snow or freezing temps.
But they have had -6 and snow 4 days already at his house for a total of 7 inches of snow.
7 inches there is more than in a decade of normal snow.
I was born and raised on the island.
It was a special day if we got snow, and then we got maybe an inch and it was melted later that day usually or the next day at most. Maybe every 3 or 4 years we got a snow day.
My Dad doesn't even own a snow shovel.
He went to buy one and the local stores were sold out.
Told me they were out of ice melter and shovels.
I'm accustomed to it not freezing or snowing because I grew up like that.
I take it that you have more taxes for it to come to $117.9 a litre.
-20 is common here and this winter has been quite harsh, lots of days with high wind chill. Early Oct we had over 20 cms of snow that melted, the ground is pretty bare.

Good morning or afternoon depending on location everyone.
I think we do pay more taxes in BC and Christmas is coming so they always jack up our prices before any holidays.
I love the sunshine and lue skies....but damn tired of this miserable cold weather....its another day with temps of -13.
Local radio station said this day last year was a low of 7 and high of 16.
I think it's a chance for the oil companies to give themselves a gift while playing the Grinch with us
Very true Perry.
My trucks and company pickups use so little gas its not really anything to think about.
The problem is that the price of Jet fuel goes up to.
And I go through a lot of that.
Pickups seem to almost run for free they use so little gas.
Now if i could get the fuel burn down on helicopters I would be happy.
I wear a black leather so that I can be cool, warm and wind proof lol. My face is used to the southern Manitoba wind and I'm used to the tingling nose and ears
Wasn't that bad out today, don't know how they figured it was -30 windchil but that was bogus, most days are warmer base temperature wise as the temperature is usually taken in the shade
