We're still stuck in the cold.
Good to hear no trucks are down in this awful cold Grant.
Did your transmission parts arrive Perry?
Your truck is looking good John, I`ll bet you're looking forward to that first drive this spring.
Tracked my package using the order #, Morris
Order shipped on December 5th
Actually left 3.39 am December 13th
Looks to me that they ordered it on the 5th, brought it in and redirected it to me on the 13th. Ordering parts from multiple suppliers through Summit and companies like that work the same way. They wait until the whole order is in and forward it to the customer.
When I was buying and selling commercial furniture my warehouse was a stock on hand warehouse. There were others that had catalog warehouses where you see product in the showroom and an order being gathered in their dock area/warehouse. I carried 30 -40% new stock and the rest was used, the competition were new wares only. Most of Calgary is catalog warehousing as its to expensive to have a real warehouse, Vancouver is cross docking and holding warehouses mostly and Winnipeg is mostly stock in hand warehousing. Sq foot costs pretty much dictates what kind of warehousing you can afford to do.
Some of the places I deal don't bother to have a big stock but keep their prices down by getting parts from a large main warehouse close by.
have quite an impressive warehouse but still don`t have some items I need.

Good evening Ian, Colin, John and John.
Willie got a bit chilly tonight, when the sun goes down and the wind picks up it can get a bit rough on my carcass.
Glad I don't live in Chase where they're really suffering this winter. lol
We get a 3 day break after the weekend and then it drops again, maybe after xmas it gets good. Edmonton gets a harsh winter and it starts getting cold there at the end of august, good thing I don't live there, no chinooks.
