Sherm: It was on purpose. I quit July 1st. Woke up one morning with the shake's, and said That's Enough! Lost 40lbs, no more blood pressure or blood suger medication, and have some extra cash to put towards my truck. I didn't know I had that kind of will power. Feels great.

Good for you grant! I hardly ever drink, had a beer around 6pm last night and then had a glass of baby duck at midnight. Drove everyone home around 1am and then it was bed time for me.

Evening everyone. Tomorrow everything will begin to go back to normal. My in-laws and my mother are both leaving tomorrow. I'm also going to Thompson with my dad, more so for a McDick's coffee that anything else lol. I hope everyone is staying safe and warm!
