My son was outside playing with his trucks in the snow for about a 1/2 hour yesterday. When he comes inside he says, "dad you know what, it's cold outside" He is a hardy little guy.

Another cold Monday.
At least all the maintenance work I have to do is inside my rental houses so that`s a good thing.
