The $200 super cab. Will either be called the scab or frank for Frankenstein. 390 4 bbl, unsure if it runs, c6, power steering and power disc brakes that will be swapped onto my wife's '70 and factory A.C. baby! Also dealer installed cruise.
Ok Fellas, I need som e help. I need to get a side mount tank for my 1979 F350 4x4 and can't seem to find anybody that sells them. The original one was trashed so I cannot measure or take a photo of it. I asked LMC as they had one listed for a regular cab and a crew cab which were the same part number but nothing for a super cab. Can anybody confirm that tese tanks also fit the supercab and where is the best place to get a new one. I live in Australia so no one down here stock them but i can get it shipped to MN. I have been doing a complete resto on this for some years now but I can start to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for your help.
They are not the same and no one makes them. You'll have to find a used tank or make one.
This is a picture of a 1976 F 250 Ranger XLT my dad had in the early 80's. I vaguely remember it. Had a 460 auto loaded to the max my mom says. Sweet hood ornament! I'd sure like to know what happened to it.
Well, it's been quite some time since I've posted any pictures of Buford, so I figured I should stop by and share. A couple weeks ago, I was lucky enough to have been asked to bring Buford to a photo shoot for a hot rodding magazine in the local area. I was able to schmooze access to an old industrial site, and we took the pictures there. While I'd never post all of them (as they sent me 118 pictures in total), here are a few of the ones that I happened to like. Enjoy!
Just got this truck delivered from Ohio a few weeks ago. Will be starting a build thread soon. It was originally used as a forest truck for one of the fire departments in North Dakota.
Hey guys.... Hate to do it but Ive got my eye on a couple other projects and need the space and $$ and have my SC on the market in case anyone is interested... Thanks!
