Anthony, I sent another message via the private message thing and added you as a contact. Maybe I have to wait the ten day trial period, but I'll keep trying.

very cool, looks exactly like mine minus the marker lights & mirrors. just curious, mine appears to be entirely stock but the intake manifold is marked C7AE-9425-E, even though the VIN says it came with a 2bbl. What's on yours?
enjoy!

Hey, I just got home and its dark so I haven't unloaded the ol gal. I plan to tomorrow after work and sure will look. I'm curious now lol.

Also I tinkered for 30seconds earlier at a rest stop and found that it has intermittent wipers...SCORE!!!
It just gets better..
First thing I'm gonna sell both edelbrock carbs and the carter afb and get a good holley lol.
Stoked to get started.

new to forum. lots to learn

son 15 year old is wanting to buy this 1974 f250 custom 460ci. Just waiting for the owner to sell it in a few months.

What should a trim package look like on a custom?

If that is a Custom it has certainly been upgraded. A Custom wouldn't ordinarily come with the trim down the center of the "dent". (That appears to be the narrow trim which is more rare). It also wouldn't have that bumper or the bedside tool box. Those must have been ordered with the truck when new (although the bumper could have been added by a previous owner). Those rims aren't stock either.

From that one picture it looks to be a very nice truck. Post some more when you get a chance.

And welcome to FTE! Great people here who are more than willing to answer any question you have.

Thanks for the info,

It is a Canadian truck and the guy said it is a camper special
We might be waiting for months for it but I'll post again when/if he gets it.

I must admit, I do like this body style and the gen before it.

That would explain the bedside tool box and tow mirrors! Good luck - hope you get it.
