To be honest, I'd redo the lower link tabs. I'd make the plate larger, so that it serves as a tab and as a gusset for the center bar. As for joint @ the frame where the two center pieces of tube meet I'd make a large plate that goes up the side of the frame about 2" and down below the frame about 3 or 4", then cut some 3/8" slits in it that run along the center of the tubes, then burn in those gaps w/ weld to the tubes.

Does that make sense?

I think your front to rear strength will be fine, I'd triangulate accross the middle for side loads.

I assume the other 4-link is going to be mounted on the sub-frame in the same manner?
If so, do the small bars on the same at the other end too

ya know......i planned on that, but for some reason i never got around to it......thats what i did on my buddies truck...

well that was right, I'd definitely redo the lower link tabs for more strength

Here is what I would do.
green = plate steel
red = where you cut gaps and fill in w/ weld to help w/ structure

besides the tab strengthening part, whats the point of the bigger ones on the frame.....the tabs i designed would do the exact same thing, only look better in the middle of the tube.....boxing the inside points on the frame at those points would be more beneficial strength wise more then any other part.......especially the frame esentially makes it single shear......

im thinking of boxing in the bottom part of the tabs.....
