dreaming of 4linking the rear too...
transfer case mount: had teh welder to cold......i had to grind it off and weld again....
welding:
bottom transfer case mount.....you can see where i couldn't reach with the welder good:
side transfer case mount......i found out i couldn't fit a bolt between the tcase and the "diaper" so i just welded it on:

there is prob. more......i made it at 7am......
measure for tie-rod, Cut DOM and weld in tubing inserts, install Tie-Rod
Buy Coilovers and install, weld in top mounts, may need to trim bottom hole out
Measure for draglink, Cut DOM and weld in tubing inserts, install draglink
Design brackets (upper and lower) for panhard at the same angle as the draglink, and have them cut out.
Install brackets and weld in. Measure for panhard, Cut DOM and weld in tubing inserts, install panhard.
assemble front axle
Fix gas line
clean and paint frame, sub-frame, links, etc
install rear axle
buy shackles
Design front & rear hangers and have them cut out, weld hangers together….
get desired shackle angle before welding frame to mount hangers
Measure for drive shafts and get them made, install drive shafts
Measure for brake lines, get lines made, install brake lines.
Get and install bumper back from friend
If there is time before mudfest (doubtful)
Buy 1.75”x9” ram from psc (have email of price)
Buy hydraulic lines and fittings.
Remove old steering box and install new hydro assist one, swap pitman arm over.
make mounts on axle and draglink for hydro ram, install ram and hydro lines.
purge lines with PS fluid
Test drive truck, get all quirks out.

looks good nick... Welds look go too.
In all reality thats not to bad of a list... But im sure it will take some time with school... When is that over with?
Still paitently waiting for a final product... Getting a little more impatient though

im taking the summer off school, so i work full time then work on it just about everyday for a hour or two after work......then a full day on the weekend...

very true... actually ive seen what i belive to be an early 80's late 70's bronco sitting by a house for about a year now... so i will see if i can get him to sell it to me and throw the 429 and c6 out of the race car into it... should be good... i also saw a set of rocks for sale here 1k for the set... gets me to thinking....
