Hello all, My name is Jon. Thanks for having me here on the Missouri chapter. I am working on 1985 f250 4x4. I call her ol'blue. She has spent more time under the wrench then on the road here of late. Ran great before i licensed her. After i put the tag on her one problem after another. I guess she doesn't like the idea of hard labor. Lol.
If anyone local has a 300 4.9 carbarated engine for sale and or 1985 4x4 front axle with 3.54 i think please let me know. Thanks.
But i don't give up easily and life goes on.
Howdy Jon, and welcome to the Mo chapter. We at least need a N,S,E or Westerly Missouri location or nearest major city you are close to, to get you pointed to the parts direction.
I have a local JY outside of Bolivar Mo, that has a # of older bull nose rigs.
Make sure and stop by the monthly chat thread, we all hang out there and chat like people do about trucks, life and the joys of just living.
Hi Rich, I am from kearney, Missouri its about 20 miles north east of kansas city. Not sure how far Bolivar is from kearney but i shall look it up tonight. Sounds like a weekend road trip. Thanks.

It is in Centerview Mo, here is the directions I got from a fellow FTE member. I have Map Quested it and seen a JY...let us know if you go and what he has.
"Don't recall the name of it. Go 58hwy east past Kingsville then Holden. 58 hwy jogs to the north, take Division Road to the east, probably a mile or so down there on the north side of the road. Can't miss all of the cars out front. Hope he still has lots of those trucks. He was scrapping stuff last time over there".

Hello everyone. I'm from Springfield. I just recently purchased a 1969 F100 short bed 4 speed. It came with a 360 but it is currently getting the engine rebuilt and becoming a 390 in the process and adding a few go fast parts. I should be getting it back in about a month and can't wait to listen to it.
hi boone.. sounds like you are building a nice truck.. you are close enough to come to our GTG (get to gethers) nice to see another bump in the group..
