I'm from Eureka and use FTE to help keep my almost antique Aerostars (I've got three of them) on the road. It's great to have a resource like this to keep these older vans going.

I'm a new member, from the StL area. I own a 1990 F-150, so I mostly use the 8th gen F150 forum. I bought my truck as a second vehicle a few years ago. For as much time as I've spent tinkering with it, it should run better than it does. My current project is replacing the pinion seal... I progress slowly because work/family life limit my free time, and also because I am not a mechanic.

Welcome to the chapter. If you're looking for a place where there's been some slow going projects, you've come to the right place. I've been poking around on my '71 F100 for about 5 years now. The pace has picked up a bit in the last year, but life just keeps getting in the way of getting it done.

midwestbird welcome to the Missouri chapter. Here is we for the most part, hang out and chat/BS and keep tabs with each other.

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l-members.html

At the end of the month a new thread will be started. I try to always post a link to the new thread as the last post entry in the old thread.

We has a few members over St Louis way, it never hurts to ask for a hand with what can be a difficult task.

Howdy!
Have been off and on the site for couple years and decided to join up. Have an old 1951 F1 pickup with 226 flathead I'm refuvenating. Go hard on it for a while, then life happens. Live west of St. Louis.
thanks!

Happy to find this chapter. I'm in west St. Louis County.

I've been a lurker of the FTE for many years, but have become much more active since acquiring my '93 F-250 7.5L 4x4 this year. I've owned Ford trucks for the past 25 years and I've finally returned to my favorite git-r-done square body. The expensive repairs on my 2010 F-150 Harley Davidson were killing me.

The '93 was full red-neck style when I purchased it with 35" tires and a ~6" lift kit. I'm being the oddball and currently returning it to stock height. It now has 18" wheels from a 2018 F250 w/ 265/60 tires and the lift-kit is going away. Hopefully, I'll have that done this weekend.

I'm already acquiring a collection of parts for reselling. I'll post them in the for sale thread shortly.
