Good night Mike......thanks for hanging out. See ya in a few hours.....
Oh yea......in a few hours......the Ops Manager is gonna find out I just worked 36 hours straight...and he's gonna flip out. Glad I wont be the one in his sights.
Where in Ky is this? Thought there was enough of that stuff going on in Fernald, and that place out in Clermont County, Ohio. Although I heard they emptied the uranium from there.
My line of work.....guess that would fall under Emergency Medical Dispatcher.
You must be talking about another part of the U-fuel cycle (mines or mills I'd guess). We are only one of 5 conversion facilities in the world, and the only one in this country. The big city of Metropolis, IL just across the Ohio River from Paducah, KY.
Ranger ED, we're dernnear neighbors. I live in Murphysboro, IL and I work at the Power Plant at SIU. I know a few folks who work down there at your place. i also dated a girl from Metropolis for a bit and my sister and her family live in Vienna, I include that area in my stomping grounds quite a bit.
Just moved here in December, so I don't know many people just yet. Got any names to drop? If you ask them about the forman getting activated by the Army, that's me.
Morning Taz, shall we continue our joking shouting match from yesterday or start over. Oh by the way the thought has been thrown out there to declare peppy the king of the night shift. You'd have to read yourself into complete boredom but basically he's been on shift for 30 + hours on a 36 hour shift and little sleep beforehand or something.
Got an 18 y/o Cocker-m, 5 y/o Red Healer-m, 3 y/o Blue Healer-Blue Merle Aussie Shepard mix-f, 3 y/o Ridge Back mix-f, 2 y/o Blue Healer-Beagle mix-f. Just adopted out my 2 y/o Yellow Lab-f. She needed to be in a one dog home....so she now is very spoiled by an Er Docs two preteen sons.
My Red Healer is retired pro-cattler hearder. My Blue Healer learned a little from him. Now they just run cattle when they get out of the fence, or need exercise. Work pretty well as a team. I plan on gettin some pics up soon.....just gotta find te time to get my pics over to disk so I can load em up.
