yes sir only way to go a pan, a sound only by it self. mine is a dead stock outside police specail inside cam, solid lifters, shovel valves, wish that carb was not so tempermental though most of the time 3 kicks cold some times forget it take the push botton bike
My Pan is essentially all aftermarket, registered as a '94. Santee Frame, mostly S&S 96" Motor on Delkron cases with STD PanShovel Heads. 6" over front end and a suicide shift. Much fun bike but not too pasenger friendly. It's kind of been relegated to the back burner since I got remarried.
i hear you, i purchased mine 1970 for a g note at a police sale, had it since, rode to ca with it 3 times and have fun around here when i put the hack on for a show or polka run ms runs i take a handicap kid with me its better in the hack for them, been to occ looking as they are only 20 mins away but can't aford them prices. getting a new f instead
