Well with the pump regulator wide open the gauge reads almost 225...its rated to put out 250....i was just wondering if at that pressure it even matters. If it does, i will hook it up and try it out. All i need is a rubber hose, some clamps, and a fitting to hook it into the tank, correct?
You probably don't need it! I just thought that you should know that any rated pump pressure will be offset by the amount of manifold pressure present.

If I get bored enough in the future (which is inevitable ) I will try it. Thanks for the info.
Big? You haven't been on all day! How does your truck run?
runs ok. sorry. i went with the most beautiful i know to ride the go-carts and play putt-putt all day
it runs a little better when it comes on, but w/out extra fuel and no meth yet, it doesnt build much power. it does make the boost gauge jump up about 2-3psi higher tho.
when i get a predator and put in a few gallons of alky, it WILL run like a scalded dog!!!! and still last 250,000 miles.
I cant blow it up with c02. This is what im gonna use in place of the water injection for now. Nothing in the cylinders, just chills the air passing through the intercooler. No worries there...thank god

I tried the WS washer pump to feed the water/meth pump tonight. Worked like a charm! I'll call Ken monday to see if he has any more suggestions. EGTs are no problem. I put the pump to 150psi and the truck lost power on the top end. I found the sweet spot at around 130psi......Ken must have given me some huge nozzles. The truck pulls like it never did before. I need to hook up my GPS to see how fast this boat goes now. speedo only goes to 100 and the truck keeps going and going 'till I run out of road. I used to have really bad EGT problems at anything around 100mph in 140hp mode-not anymore. I am still running WS fluid and it hits pretty hard....I wonder what a 50/50 mix feels like It's amazing at what just a bit of WS fluid can do with power. Thanks for all the help and suggestions....this is the best mod EVER! This is perfect for towing, the EGTs are drastically reduced. I was choosing between this and propane, and I am happy with my choice. Thanks again for all the help and suggestions!

How soon will you try to pull and how big of a load.

Good to hear of your success. Ive heard lots of good things about propane, but i believe the water has more positive aspects and is the better choice. I didnt have the high end stalling problem; i must have had smaller jets than you. Mine were the second smallest he stocked. What do your EGT's run at 100+ mph with the water and chip on? When you go 50/50, they should drop a little more with some extra power.
Bob, Im going up to my dads at about 3oclock...ill try to get the CAD drawings wrapped up and emailed to you by tonight. If you get a chance, look them over and see if you think I will get proper flow from it, and if i left out any needed check valves, ect.
Bob, after I get the TT motor installed (whenever that is) I have to take my truck to Brian's Truck Stop in Lead Hill, Arkansas....I might have to swing by Dallas for a race! That is, if your willing
