and i welded it to the top of the tube, by the intake. it looks very "race car"!!! i took a bunch of pics and will gallery 'em soon
I have that 60 PSI pump from northern. What do you think about boosting the tank with boost pressure? That would give 90 pounds total and overcome boost pressure.
Just installed the DPS kit on my 7.3. It's a HUGE difference! I am only running 20% meth. with 100psi. My EGT's don't climb as fast and the extra power is awsome. With my TS chip in 140hp mode, I can go WOT all day long with no problems. I will run more meth. and more preasure later, I need to give the poor engine a rest.

I just pulled off my elbo and took a close look at it. It is nearly 1/2" thick at the outside radius. I think I will drill and tap for my fogger there. If I need to remove it, I will put a plug in the hole.

i know mine wont take the pressure. u could just turn in the little screw in the nose of the pump.
put a gauge on it and set it up to 80-90. but id try it like it is first.

is it solid? i thought about it, but was worried about crossin a port or somethin in there
The intake elbow is the best place to mount it, IMO. You have the right idea. I mounted mine in the plastic boost tube, but it was a little wabbly.
You might want to order you another elbow from the parts dept. at your local dealership. That way, if you have to take it in for service, there will be NO evidence whatsoever.
Im still trying to figure out where im gonna mount 4 water jets, two nitrous jets, a propane nozzle, and a boost gauge sensor If i stick it all in my elbow it would look like an aluminum porcupine
