my christmas sucked, because i had to do 8 of them! that eats up the whole vacation!

It sounds like you are weaning yourself off. A pack a month is not worth the effort or the health risk.

Do both of these for extended periods and I guess we know the results. I'll have to do a little research before I do anything. My truck is going to stay stock for awhile anyway.
