'81 E-100's 300 six has 130,000 KM. So that's like... 65,000 miles?! Not bad for a 23-year-old van!

Thumbs up

Zero miles as if this date.
The '71 block w/ '66 all steele crank is being performance built & supplied by Johnson Machine Service so that it can be bolted into my '58 Mercury M-100 truck.
Hope to get at least 300,000 out of my new engine.

Cheers

Smile 1994 E250 4.9l

I just purchased the van which was used for commercial electrical work with one owner. The odometer reads 326,000 miles. The engine is runnig strong but the trans may need work. It lips in and out of gear when I slow down from highway speed.

1990 Bronco- A couple of miles under 190,000, maybe 50-75 under.
I was going to change or have the engine rebuilt last month because I (my son)
would lose oil pressure after 20 to 30 min. of driving. When the oil got to full temp., pressure would completely dissapear- zero. Chug-a-chug-chug and barely get home.
Then on Sunday, I changed the oil and filter w/ 4 qts. Castrol 20/50 and 1 qt. Lucas oil treatment. BINGO! Oil pressure goes to the middle of the guage and NEVER moves, even with the A/C on. That stuff is really thick and really good.
