Pink panther, thats funny. You should air brush it on the back or something, so when you smoke someones butt at the strip or something, it will be imprinted in their head. later

At least use an automotive touch up paint pen. Gotta make it look fancy. That would definitely get some attention. I would like to see a pic of it if you do decide to do it, later

i am tired of fighting with the fuel tank it won't come out and i can't get the filler tube off without cutting it, so i am just going to put two 6 gallon boat fuel tanks in the trunk and put a fuel switch off of a truck to select the tanks. now i need to just make the shifter fit in the console and drop the motor and exhaust back in and the wire up the ignition. i can't wait. i have a few more pics on my link now also. you know i think i might have it saying pink panther. repaint it the same color and put racing stripes on it with pink panther written right above the headlight on the hood.

That sounds great, definitely get attention for sure.

Your link didn't work for me this time.

I know you said it wouldn't, but is there any way that thing will draw fuel with the efi pump off? I would hate for you to put boat tanks in your trunk, that might be a potentially bad idea. Just saying. Lemme know if that link works or if you have new one, later

what does it say when you try it. anyway the motor is in and guess what. the tranny crossmember needs to move up some and the driveshaft needs to be cut maybe 1/2 and inch but you know i think it will go in but it will be close. since the car has independant suspension the driveshaft won't be moving very much if at all and in turn won't break the bellhousing like on my friends ss. also the cable bracket that i worked over 2 hours to make needs to be moved because of my pipes. and one more setback is my pass. side motor mount. it dose not perfectly line up. but i was thinking, i have an aod out of a truck that would start jerking at about 45 but soon as you give it more gas it would run and shift fine. it may just be the convertor so i might just put the old shifter back in and switch convertors and see if it still works. i sure hope so. email me and i will show you the pics

Well I took a look at the shifter pic you sent, looks good, appears to fit pretty well. Too bad your gonna have to rebuild your tranny though, if you get any more pix feel free to send them. Later

i think this project is quickly coming to a hault. i have no money and that tranny is going to cost a lot. i miss driving the sleeper beast. it may not be a sleeper anymore once i come to a light loping everybody out. oh yeah remember that buick skylark my friend had. it had a 468 stroker. well 2 nights ago it got totalled and one of my buddies died in the crash. that is the 5th or 6th high school student that has passed away in the last 1 1/2.

the reason i have not been posting here is cuz i have not done anything since the day when i opened up my old tranny
it was super clean and the little fluid still in it smelled good and looked halfway good. but i did find a long curly metal shaving next to the valve body. is that because of an accidental reversing while still rolling to a stop sign. or an accidental park
