Too many.....loll there was only TWO, so you had a 50/50 chance to get the right one. Not that the other one is "wrong" either.

Mike and Chip I appreciate you both picking up on my Cl duties, when I was a slacking. I just had a full week of work, up coming road trips and grandkids on my mind. And like I said I do not like to FTE from my little phone screen.

Its all good.

Well after some time cleaning out the air compressor shelves and tossing alot away. I took a break and added some 8' LED light fixtures in the shop. The SIL had 4 ea 8' spares he did not need. And even though I have converted my old flourseant fixtures to LED and even put up (4 ea 4 footer) led bulbs (per fixture), there is still a dimness to it. NOT ANY MORE!

Just the 2 new 8' LED's.

So here is the fixture above what ever I am working on if it is backed in. And when I raise the garage door, I promptly cover them up.

So I put 2 Harbor Freight LED singles ON the door. So now I have lots of light with the door down and the hood up....

And when I raise the door, the lights move with it.

Full power and I have 2 more 8' ones to put up on the other side of the shop.

Pardon the shop mess, I am in the middle of "stuff" management/rearangement.

I wish I had the free time to run up and visit you and check out your projects. But alas, I am a solid workaholic now days. I had to work/walk/bend/twist/crawl around WAY to much stuff in my shop today, and I am sick and tired of it. I am trying to make steady head way with the compressor and shed (that got the new floors) to move stuff from in my work shop to the 2 new storage areas.

Good Morning Everybody!

Sounds like everyone had a busy weekend. We had a "purge sale". We got rid of a bunch of stuff, cleared a ton of space and filled the piggy bank up again. I also got the kick plates in the trailer done, so the only thing left to do is build and install the tire lift and clean all my junk out of there. Then it can go back to Texas. I hope to have it done in the next couple / few days. I'm still waiting on the stuff for the water truck to show up, but until the trailer is done, I'm not in a huge rush for that.

Morning all.
The weekend was a great time. Two girls qualified for state and a bunch of kids ran their personal records.
As soon as the JV race finished I rushed to the car to get home to prep for St. Louis. The concert was great and we got home around 1am.
Sunday was fairly busy going to the grocery store and cooking. We also decided that we needed a patio heater. They were on sale at Sam's so off to there and put it together before the main cooking started.
The kids seemed to enjoy the pasta dinner.
Now off to work to prepare for a big event tomorrow.

Morning folks, I would like to have a purge/yard sale some day. But since we live so far off the main road, I feel that it is not really worth the effort.

Glad to hear you had a good one there Alan and Tiff.

Everyone have a great day, the weather//temps are nice out already.

morning
Rich I like those lights on the doors. perfect for painting! Joe did you go to Tab Benoit concert? Some time tell me how to create your own maps and which app you use. Went to a car show fundraiser for conservative republican running for state senator in our district yesterday. Corvettes, ferraris and only about 6 classics. Not my type of show but still nice to be out one more time. At this rate with warm weather we'll be blowing leaves at Christmas still!

Morning all,
It's always good to get some money in the bank Alan. I hated it when my wife would have yard sales but she always did pretty good. One time, while clearing out my Mom & Dad's place, I put 10¢ each on a box of screw drivers. I broke the cardinal rule nothing under 25¢.
I got the driver's side door panel back together only to find out I marked the door attachment pins wrong. So I've gotta take it all apart again.
Rich and whomever you're always welcome to drop by if you're crossing the state on I70. I'm not far off the exit as Dave2, Atch and a couple others can attest to.
I've got a New Doctor's appointment this afternoon. Hope I'm happier with him than with the Nurse Practitioner I had before. Hunting for doctors is a PITA. Especially when you had a good one for over 15 years.
Well the washing machine just stopped so I better go move laundry. Funny I used to just do laundry whenever I needed to but after being married to a Southern girl for 30 years now it's a Monday thing and of course ya gotta have red beans and rice if your doing laundry.

Afternoon Everyone!

I got the steel for the tire lift, put some money in the bank, ran some errands and paid the bills for this month. Back to cutting, grinding and welding.

Too bad that the fit and finish of most stuff that you get from LMC (IMO) is not worth paying their high shipping costs to get it in your mail box. I was in Lenexa Ks one day and stopped by the actual showroom/wearhouse. They had a beautiful 79 Bronco in the walk in part of the bldg. But you have to go to the CORRECT bldg to get your Ford parts. They have a chevy bldg, and I am sure a Dodge and GMC one also.

I got the other 2 lights up after work today. OMG I need to clean up/out my shop. Below is just the 4 new LED's. I think I am going to get 2 more and put them up in the middle. It makes it so nice to be able to SEE SEE what I am looking for.

Max light.

The SIL sent me the link. This is a 10 pack of them.
Amazon Amazon

6 pk of them.

Rich, I have those light in my shop and they work great. I also replaced half my dads big fluorescent lights with these. I need to do the other side of his shop sometime.
It made a huge difference in his shop since the old ones were failing.

Yes, the Tab Benoit concert was great fun.

The pasta dinner was a great success as well. Of course giving college kids free food always makes them happy.
