7.3 recall
My dealer said my vin wasn't in the system to do. I picked it up Dec 6th 2023. Ordered new in October. So it couldn't of been done. Many others here stated the same about not being in the system. I haven't seen anyone who knows anything for sure about it. Maybe I'll call another dealer and see if they can do it.
I don't see why they couldn't. I actually received an OTA "Powertrain Enhancement" update a couple weeks ago.

Found a newer version of the TSB document, this one says all software is available for the 2021-2024 trucks now: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...08373-0001.pdf
Still don't have my VIN in the system. Not sure what that means. Some 7.3 trucks ended up not needing the update for... some reason? 🤷♂️

I just called the local dealer and was told my 22 F250 7.3 is not included.
ETA: The service girl just called me back to say this is only for Super Duties that have the ambulance package or shuttle bus package. I said maybe I'm wrong but Super Duties do not get those packages, the Econoline Vans do and she said this program is not for super duty pickup trucks

I mean... it says "2021-2024 Super Duty" right there...
Also here's the previous version that doesn't mention the shuttle/ambulance thing at all: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...06033-0001.pdf

Talked to the service writer at the dealership I bought my 2022 from. He said my VIN isn’t listed but they can still do the update. He told me to call him back Friday and he would know more.
He also said they have had a few 7.3s with lifter failure.

REASON FOR THIS PROGRAM In affected vehicles, the Variable Displacement Oil Pump (VDOP) delivers oil to the engine at low pressure/capacity during idle conditions. Routine occurrences of prolonged idle time may result in excess wear to the engine camshaft lobes and valve tappet surfaces due to reduced lubrication. Over time, the engine may progressively run rough due to cylinder misfire. Additionally, customers may hear engine tapping noises and the Check Engine Light (CEL) may illuminate
