Evenin all,
Work was good, beginning of a job so just scrape and sand today, paint tomorrow. Slightly cool inside but it's a basement so still damp. They did have an AC that was working a little so I can't complain .
Funny, there was a Tornado EF-0 lol, right down the road, like 1/2 mile. We did notice a little breeze but not anything that would say WINDY. That whole area in Stow is woods so I guess I am lucky it didn't dump a tree on my truck, or my Bosses new Big Ford Transit Van... He also has a F150 ♥

Nothing else to report so I will see you all in the AM

Edit to say there were 3 Tiny Tornadoes today, Stow, Berlin or Bolton and Marlboro. All will light damage of a tree or 2. Oh and we didn't get a notice because we were in a basement with no reception

Evening Lin...glad your work day went well. From what I heard the tornado(s) were baby ones and only on the ground for a short period of time. I hadn't heard that there were 3 of them. Just MA Nature letting us know who the boss really is!!!

Good evening storm troopers, Glad to hear no one got hurt or sustained any damage.

Lin, Glad to hear the news job went well. My great nephew just got out of the job corp this last spring and took a job in Yellowstone painting for the summer.

Good morning Rod...thanks..."work" was not as good as we hoped for...no major issues though. Auntie Katie was my primary caregiver...Katie Beth came in at 0800 hours. A 2 Katie Day...how can you go wrong???

Hope your day packing sammies goes well
.

Good morning LIn...hope your first day of work goes well. Henri hit us pretty much as you...light rain...some breezes. Not too far south of here...a whole lot more rain...heavier winds...a fair amount of flooding.

Good morning Shaun-ster.

Good morning Bud...you're right about Henri...headed to the MA/NY border...then took an abrupt right hand turn...headed for the Atlantic. If the O's can't be good...at least they can be the best at being bad. Some consolation at least. See above ^^^^^ about "work".
Good evening Ken and and glad it was a Two Katie day. Sorry to hear it wasn't a great day.
Sammich making was good. Between 0700 and 1200 we made 76800 sausage biscuits! the last 5 hours we did about them band pancake with chicken patties! LOL So in 10 hours we did about 150,000 pieces!

Good morning Rod...Lin...all of Massachusetts...and...those who visit this Saturday #2. Woke up late this morning...0730...to mostly clear skies with the sun making an appearance in the Eastern sky. I don't get much direct sun till later in the morning as the condo is built into the side of a hill...and...it goes up about 150' beyond that...so...lots of trees keeps the sun away. Gonna be warm today...high of 87*...but...the humidity shouldn't be too bad today. Hope MA Nature is treating you well!!!

Sawwx blew a 3-1 lead in the top of the ninth yesterday...but...pulled it out in the bottom of the 11th with a walk off grand slam by Travis Shaw...beating the Rangers 8-4. They remain firmly entrenched in third place...6 1/2 games behind.

Henri did something weird yesterday...he went West into NY state...as forecasted...then he made a big loop and headed East...as forecasted. Instead of going through northern MA/southern NH...he pretty much reversed the route he took into CT...and...hit the Atlantic almost exactly where he made landfall in Westerly RI. That's why we got so much rain yesterday and there was some severe weather in Central MA with at least 3 confirmed tornados. All the tornados were EF-0 and were on the ground only briefly...2 of them for 1/10 of a mile...he other one 3/4 of a mile. Just MA Nature letting us know who the boss really is.

Hope y'all have a great day!!!

Good morning Lin...hope your day goes well as you put on color today. Sounds like a much better day here than in your neck of the woods...hope yours gets better!!!

Morning Ken, Lin, all MASS and visitors..... Yes Ken, Henri took a very circticulus route throughout its life. I think it circled Bermuda 2, maybe 3 times before heading north to do the same thing in NY, CT, MA, NY again, NJ, PA, NJ, NY again, CT, RI, MA again..... the order may be off, but you get the idea. The weather-guessers had a ball screwing up this storms forecasts ! Henri had a mind of it's own. MAMA NATURE showed her dominance.

Lin, hope day 2 at the new job goes well. Being below ground saved you from getting the crummy news that surrounded you. Have fun today getting the new outerwear colored !

I would have rather had the news... then I could have moved the truck away from the trees But I was lucky, nothing hit where I was.

Good morning Bud...just a weird storm path...can't blame the prognosticators...there are a whole lot of factors involved. I don't think there was one of the hundreds of forecasting programs that predicted he'd leave land in the same place he arrived. As I've said numerous times..."Just MA Nature letting us know who the real boss is." Hope your day is a great one!!!

Howdy Lin...I thought you'd be at work already. When I had the old homestead painted in and out in preparation to sell it to my niece...the painters were always on the job site by 0800 hours...and...they came from 45 minutes away. Good luck today...don't get any paint in your hair...you don't want to ruin that recent dye job.
